Good Afternoon Parents and Guardians,
Parents/Guardians,
Wow! It's already November. Can you believe that? It's nice that we are finally getting back to our normal routine. I've seen a huge change in the students behavior since last week, so I wanted to thank you for the support. This weeks reading fluency song is Don't Stop Believing. In reading we are focusing on point of view. In math we are learning about distributive property and in writing we are learning how to write an informational piece about Paul Revere. The students and I will be going to the High Museum on Tuesday, November 11. For those of you who haven't signed the permission slip, I have sent home another form in the Communication Folder in case it was misplaced. I also sent home your password to access Class Dojo. Once you set this up, you can see how your child is doing in the classroom. The last thing I sent home was a book list of recommended books for your child. Sincerely, Ms. Metzger |
